Beginning in September 2026, Cohesive Counseling Associates PLLC will be closing its doors as a group practice. Dr. Melissa has accepted a full-time role as the Executive Director of Programs at Transcend-ed,

an eating disorder recovery program in Matthews, NC.

While this is the end of the group practice journey to which all previous CCA clinicians have transitioned to other professional endeavors, Dr. Melissa Tate-Scruse will continue to do business as Cohesive Counseling Associates delivering professional consultation, leadership training, speaking engagements, and spearheading other health and wellness initiatives.
